Meet the dietitians on our network
Every dietitian on NutriRangka is a registered professional, reviewed before joining our network. This page explains what they do, which focus areas they cover, and how we match you with the right one.
What they do
What our dietitians do
Our dietitians run online consultations from the first assessment through to follow-up. They look at your eating pattern, your daily routine, and your goals, then build a meal plan you can actually follow in your own kitchen. As your situation changes, they monitor progress and adjust the plan rather than starting over.
Assessment
A structured conversation about how you eat now — usual meals, cooking setup, work hours, family portions, and what you have already tried. Nothing is assumed from a form alone.
Meal planning
Your dietitian turns general nutrition principles into specific meals for your week: what to buy, how to portion, and which swaps fit the food your household already cooks.
Monitoring
Follow-up sessions review how the plan held up in real life. Portions, ingredients, and timing get adjusted on evidence, not guesswork, so the plan keeps pace with your week.
Follow-up
The thread keeps running between sessions. It is a process with a clear start and steady check-ins, which is how a plan becomes a habit instead of a document.
A registered dietitian is a credentialed role, not a wellness opinion.
Assessment, meal planning, and follow-up are the parts of the work that separate individualized nutrition consultation from general advice. We verify qualifications before anyone joins the network.
Qualifications
Qualifications and professional role
A registered dietitian is a credentialed role in Indonesia-facing consultation services. The work is anchored in assessment, meal planning, and follow-up — the same three parts that distinguish individualized nutrition consultation from general wellness advice. On our network, we review qualifications before matching you, so you know what stands behind the service you receive.
When we screen, we look at the credential, the training path behind it, and whether the dietitian's daily practice matches the focus areas they list. If a question falls outside nutrition consultation, they will tell you and point you to a medical professional rather than answer outside their role.
Focus areas across the network
Our dietitians cover pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding, childhood and adolescent eating, adult weight management, family meals, and nutrition for older adults. Some specialize further, for example in eating around shift work or sports schedules. When you register, we match you with someone whose focus fits your situation.
Pregnancy and prenatal
Eating well through pregnancy is a moving target as appetite, nausea, and check-up schedules shift. Your dietitian builds meals that fit the stage you are in and the food your household already cooks.
Breastfeeding nutrition
Feeding a newborn leaves little room to think about your own plate. Support here centers on realistic meals and hydration that survive broken sleep and an unpredictable day.
Childhood and adolescent eating
Household food habits form early. Dietitians work with parents on portions, variety, and the growing appetite swings of school-age children and teenagers.
Adult weight management
Rather than a fixed target, this work starts from how you eat across the week. Gradual portion and ingredient changes are easier to keep than a plan built for someone else's life.
Family meals
One kitchen, several preferences. Dietitians help you plan a shared table — the dishes, the shopping list, and the weeknight rotation — without cooking separate meals for everyone.
Nutrition for older adults
Appetite and chewing ease change with age. This focus area covers texture, protein at each meal, and simple preparation for parents and grandparents you may be cooking for.
Shift workers and people training toward a sport often need a narrower plan than a general household. Tell us your schedule in the registration form and we will look for a dietitian who already works with that rhythm.
Matching
How matching works
You tell us your goal and your general circumstances in the registration form. We review that and select a dietitian whose experience suits it. You receive their details and available times, and the first session is booked from there.
If the match does not feel right after the first session, contact us and we will arrange a different one. You are not locked to the first name on the list, and switching does not change what the service covers.
Register for a consultationWhy consultation beats a one-size plan
A meal plan downloaded from anywhere cannot account for your work hours, your cooking setup, or the food your family actually eats. A consultation starts from those facts. Your dietitian turns broad nutrition principles into specific meals for your week — which is the value of the professional relationship, not a document you could have found free.
The difference shows up in the details. A generic plan says to eat more vegetables; your dietitian tells you which ones fit the market near you, how to serve them with the rice your family eats, and what to do on the evening you finish work late.
Working with guidelines, not gimmicks
Our dietitians apply widely accepted nutrition principles and Indonesia's public food guidance, which emphasizes vegetables and fruits, adequate physical activity, and maintaining a normal weight.
They do not sell products and they do not promise outcomes that food alone cannot deliver. Where your question needs a medical opinion, they will say so and refer you onward to a qualified professional.
Everything shared in a consultation is guidance and education. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from your own doctor.
What to expect in your first meeting
Your first session is mostly conversation. Your dietitian asks about your usual meals, your schedule, and what you would like to change. By the end, you should have a clear idea of the plan ahead and what the first changes will be.
What you eat now
A walk through your usual day of eating, cooking, and shopping, including the parts that are working and the parts that are not.
What you have tried
Your dietitian will ask what you have already attempted and what did not stick, so the new plan avoids the same dead ends.
Where you start
You leave the session with the first concrete changes and a sense of how the following weeks will be paced.
Follow-up and monitoring
Follow-up sessions keep the plan honest. Your dietitian reviews how things went, then adjusts portions, ingredients, or timing. Over time, this monitoring and evaluation loop is what turns a plan into a habit. The pace is yours; some clients check in weekly, others less often.
Getting matched is straightforward. Submit the registration form with your goal and general situation, and we will come back with a dietitian match and available times. If you are unsure which focus area applies to you, describe your normal day and we will work it out from there.

Questions before you register
Quick answers to the things people ask us most before they pick a focus area. If yours is not here, the FAQ page covers more, and our team can answer directly.
Do I need to know which focus area I belong to before registering?
No. Describe your normal day, your household, and what you would like to change. We read that and match you with a dietitian whose focus fits the situation, even if you could not name the focus area yourself.
How is a registered dietitian different from general wellness advice?
A registered dietitian holds a credentialed role and works through assessment, meal planning, and follow-up. General advice usually stops at broad principles; the consultation continues into the specific meals and portion changes that fit your week.
Can I switch dietitians if the match does not feel right?
Yes. Contact us after the first session and we will arrange a different dietitian. Your goal and context carry over so you are not starting the conversation from scratch.
Do the dietitians sell products or supplements?
No. Consultations are guidance and education around food and routine. If a question needs a medical opinion, your dietitian will say so and refer you onward to a qualified professional.
How often do follow-up sessions happen?
The pace is yours to set with your dietitian. Some clients check in weekly at the start and stretch out later; others prefer a longer gap from the beginning. Either way, the plan gets adjusted as your situation changes.
Ready to meet your match?
Send your goal and your general situation. We will review it and come back with a dietitian match and available times.
