What this document covers

The ground rules for using this site

NutriRangka runs an online nutrition consultation platform. Clients in Indonesia register here, get matched with a registered dietitian, and work through meal planning and follow-up sessions by chat, call, or video. These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you while you use the site.

Quick summary

  • Guidance is food and lifestyle focused, planned with a registered dietitian.
  • Accurate registration details help us match you with the right professional.
  • Sessions are scheduled with your dietitian; tell us early if plans change.
  • No outcome promises — your dietitian explains realistic expectations.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our consultation service, register, and contact us. Browsing the pages, reading guidance material, and submitting a registration request are all within scope.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using it for unlawful purposes. If we notice activity that interferes with the site or with other visitors, we may restrict access while we look into it.

Nature of the service

NutriRangka connects clients with registered dietitians for online nutrition consultation, meal planning, and follow-up. The service provides food and lifestyle guidance: how meals are composed, how routines fit around work and family, and how to adjust a plan over time.

It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant, tell your dietitian so the guidance can be planned around it — and keep following your doctor's instructions.

Registration and accuracy

When you register, you agree to provide accurate contact details and relevant information. We use these details to match you with a dietitian and arrange sessions, so the phone number and email address you enter should be ones you actually check.

Providing false or misleading information may affect the guidance you receive. Details about how long we keep your registration data and how you can request a copy or a correction are set out in the privacy policy on this site.

Consultations and scheduling

Consultations take place online by chat, call, or video, at times arranged with your dietitian. You choose the format that fits your day, and you will usually confirm the time directly with the professional assigned to you.

If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance. Repeated missed sessions may affect the service you receive, because a plan works best when reviews happen at a steady rhythm. Where you can, let us know the same day rather than at the appointment time.

No outcome promises

We do not promise specific results from a consultation or meal plan. Nutrition outcomes depend on many factors, including how consistently a plan is followed and individual circumstances.

Your dietitian will explain realistic expectations for your situation, including how long a change usually takes to settle into a routine and what can reasonably be reviewed at each follow-up. Treat any figure you read elsewhere — on this site or off it — as context, not a commitment from us.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text and materials, belongs to NutriRangka or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written consent.

Personal use is a different matter: you are welcome to save a page, print a guide for your own reference, or share a link with someone who is looking for nutrition support, as long as the material is not edited or presented as your own.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and service as described, and we take reasonable care in doing so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or reliance on general content published here.

General pages such as the meal planning guide and the consultation topics overview are informational. Guidance written for your own situation comes from your dietitian during a session, and that is the material to follow if the two ever seem to differ.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms, so the date at the top of this page always tells you which version is current.

These terms sit behind everything else on the site. The pages below explain what actually happens in a session, how the food guidance is written, and how to get in touch if you would rather talk something through first.
